Is there any possiblity to develop Very Much Heavy CAD application with help of Directx and WPF but not opengl.

Hi Olive,
WPF allows you to seamlessly integrate 3D content into your application. It's all managed and easy to use, but when it comes to high performance requirements, it's not the way to go. Since .NET 3.5 SP1, Microsoft provides a D3DImage object, that allows direct interop with unmanaged DirectX.
